About Arvidssons Textil

Arvidssons Textil is a family business and was founded in 1949 by Halvdan Arvidsson in Kinna, Sweden. Arvidssons Textil has a long history in the textile business and is today run by the family’s third generation. All fabrics are printed in Europe and are certified with “Ökotex 100”, meaning that the fabrics are free from harmful chemicals.

Inspired by Scandinavian nature

Scandinavian nature is a reoccurring theme in their designs and can even be found both in their more graphic modern designs as in their classic ones, such as Björkdungen and Blader; two of their most popular patterns to this day.

Which designers do Arvidssons Textil collaborate with?

Throughout the years, Arvidssons has collaborated with a number of Swedish designers, but is known in particular for their collaboration with Mia Lotta Arvidsson-Mars, who is Arvidssons Texil’s own designer. Her patterns are all designed and drawn by hand, creating an entirely different feel to digitally designed patterns.
