The JWDA lamp became a Scandinavian classic over night. Designed by Jonas Wagell in collaboration with the renowned Danish interior design brand Audo Copenhagen, the JWDA lamp series takes inspiration from oil lamps and combines it with beautiful shapes and materials to create a collection of unique lamps that are true headturners. The beautiful design of the JWDA lamps is almost sculpture like, and makes them perfect home accessories and decoration for beautiful homes of the style conscious.

It started with the JWDA concrete lamp

When designing the original JWDA concrete lamp, Jonas wagell took inspiration from traditional oil lamps and combined the idea with organic shapes and modern materials. The result was a instant Scandinavian design classic which was then adapted into a beautiful pendant light design, building on the same ideas and principles. 

More materials and variants were introduced, and eventually the unique and beautiful JWDA floor lamps,  taking the original concept to new heights. with this, the series as we know it today was completed. Only time will tell if this remarkable series has yet to be expanded with further beautiful lighting designs.
