Who is the founder of Bitz?

This Danish brand was developed in collaboration with Christian Bitz; a health realist and food scientist. In Denmark, Christian Bitz is known from Several TV shows, and he is passionate about conveying the importance realistic standards of healthy eating, and enjoying food, both in taste and of course also visually!
