This Norden wok in stainless steel from Fiskars features a premium 3-layer construction with an aluminium core. The combination of design and high-quality materials allows for optimal heat distribution on all sorts of heating sources. The wok has been finished with a unique Thermium™ mineral treatment to maximize its non-stick properties, even at very high temperatures. The handle has been carefully designed to minimize heat conduction, making the wok both comfortable and safe to use. Additionally, the wok is oven-safe up to 240° C, giving it all sorts of creative applications. All of the pieces in the Norden series are manufactured in Finland.
