With the Kai Shun Premier santoku knife from their Shun Premier Tim Mälzer series, you are ready to tackle most things in the kitchen. The high, slightly curved 18 cm blade is perfect for chopping and cutting vegetables as well as meat. The handle is made of laminated Pakkawood from brown walnut, with a beautiful and glossy finish. The knife has a core of high-quality VG-10 steel and 32 layers of damascus steel with a hammered surface, making it a very attractive and versatile knife.
