The Story behind Kockums Jernverk

As early as the 19th century, the Kockum family began building their factory in Ronneby, Sweden, initially producing mainly pots, buckets and hospital utensils. In 1883, another product was added to their range that was to change the future of the entire company – the enamelled pan!

From that day on, the factory and the brand really took off and enamel pans and pots were produced in a variety of colours.
