Chateau 40 drinking glass 21 cl, from Swedish brand Kosta Boda, is an exciting, mouth-blown drinking glass which changes colour with the lighting – from violet to blue and other shades. This is partially due to the design, since the pattern on the glass, as well as its twisted design, reflects light in different ways. The Chateau collection was designed using clear glass by the well-known Swedish designer Bertil Vallien in 1981. Forty years later, selected pieces are being rereleased as part of a multi-colour jubilee collection. The collection will only be on sale during the jubilee year 2021. This glass is just like the other items in the mouth-blown collection from Kosta Glasbruk in the Swedish province of Småland. It works just as well for juice at breakfast as it does for water at a dinner party. To create a nice contrast, combine this glass with both the transparent and multi-coloured items from the rest of the series.
