Palsby colander M 2 l from German Koziol is made of recycled plastic and cellulose, which helps save over two-thirds of CO₂ compared to new materials. The star-shaped perforation allows for quick drainage and also serves as a decorative design element. The colander can either be placed in a bowl or simply set in the sink. The inside is highly polished so that food can easily slide into the serving bowl or pot, and it is also very easy to clean. The compact colander fits perfectly in the Palsby M bowl and can be stored in the cupboard to save space.
