Doo-Wop pendant lamp metal from Louis Poulsen is an easily placed ceiling lamp. The pendant mainly provides a downward and soft light thanks to its white lacquered and cone-shaped inner reflector. The outer shade aids in directing the light both upwards and downwards while spreading a soft and pleasant light. The timeless Doo-Wop pendant was first launched in the 1950s under the name Navy Pendant. Its name at the time came from the pendant lamp being designed in close collaboration between Louis Poulsen and the Danish naval construction department. It was used among other places in the navy's dining areas and office spaces and was known for its unique lighting properties and functionality. The Navy Pendant was sold until the 1980s, but as interest in the pendant increased, it was relaunched in 2012 under its new name, Doo-Wop. The shade is still spun by hand and completed with a fine rolled edge that gives it a wonderful sense of volume. Choose between different metals.
