The saute pan is equipped with a TransTherm universal base which provides optimised heat distribution, extended heat storage and energy-efficient cooking, and which also fits all types of hobs. The Durado pan is also equipped with a CeraDur non-stick coating that requires almost no fat at all and makes the pan heat resistant up to 400 degrees. The well-designed rim and ergonomic handle make it easy to achieve precise and controlled pouring if you need to transfer liquids.
