The frying pans included in the Forte® series have an extremely durable coating that is highly resistant to scratches and everyday wear. You can even use metal utensils in the pan without causing damage. The bottom of the frying pan consists of a thick aluminium core from edge to edge, ensuring extra quick heat distribution. The V-shaped handle made of polished 18/10 stainless steel stays cool throughout cooking. In the Forte® series, you will also find saucepans and pots with the same durable coating.
