Zwilling TrueFlow pasta casserole is made of 18/10 steel with a tight-sealing glass lid. Easily and controllably pour off the pasta water with the lid closed thanks to the built-in strainer. The bottom of the casserole has an extra thick aluminium core that provides even and good heat distribution, and the handles are stainless matte-polished bracket handles.
