We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Nordic Nest! However, we understand that things don't always go as planned or that you might simply change your mind. That's why you are welcome to return your products back to us within 60 days. Here's how you can return something that doesn't quite fit your home:
If your products are damaged or otherwise faulty, please register your claim as soon as possible by clicking here and choosing the first option: Register Claim/Transport damage. We kindly ask you to provide us with images of the item and packaging.
After registering, we will handle your case as soon as possible and get back to you with the best solutions possible for the unique case. You do not need to send items in return to us before the case is handled.
Please note for returns from the UK: Due to a change in the services available to and from the United Kingdom, we are not able to offer return labels for UK customers. Therefore, the return shipping should be arranged and paid for by you. This may include some customs charges which will not be refunded by Nordic Nest.
It is very important to fill out the customs form correctly. Please contact our customer service after registering your return to receive the correct customs information regarding your products.
Please note that for bulky items like furniture, the return process may vary. However, we are currently not able to provide return lables for large items. Please contact us at info@nordicnest.com for more details.
• After receiving your order, you are free to return your products within 60 days.
• Please make sure the products are in their original condition and in their original packaging.
• We do not offer the possibility to exchange products. You are welcome to return the
products at your own expense for a refund.
Outside the EU and returns without our return label
If you want to arrange a return on your own (without using our return label), you can send the parcel to the following address: Nordic Nest AB, Stämpelvägen 3, 394 70 Kalmar, Sweden.
If you choose to send the items back on your own, you are fully responsible for arranging and paying for the return.
Within the EU
If you have ordered from within the EU, we offer return labels at the cost of 20 € for small items and 199 € for larger items. This amount is deducted from the refund when the return has been processed in our warehouse.
Transport liability:
• For the transportation of the order to our customers, Nordic Nest is fully responsible for any damage or loss.
• For the transportation of a return, you are fully responsible for any damage or loss. We therefore strongly recommend the use of a trackable and insured shipping service.
Please note: If there’s anything wrong with your order, please contact us first before sending anything back. This way we can find the best solution for you.
If something went wrong, you can easily cancel your order on my pages. It is possible to cancel your order until it has been packed in our warehouse, after which time your order will be delivered to you and you can choose to return it instead. Of course if you need help you can also contact us, and we will help you with the cancellation.
