Kristina Riska

Kristina Riska is a Finnish ceramic designer and artist with her own ateljé at Arabia. She designs both unique design objects as well as entire ceramic dining ranges. Together with Kati Tuominen-Niittylä, she designed one of Arabia’s best selling ranges of all time; KoKo.

The KoKo range is designed by simple, geometric shapes and simple shapes, a stark contrast to her other designs. Some of her vases and sculptures can be several meters high. She is a master of finding the fine line between beauty and abstract.
