Stilleben

The Danish design-team Stilleben is made up of Ditte Reckweg and Jelena Schou Nordentoft; two skilled potters with an incredible eye for classic craftsmanship. Both Ditte Reckweg and Jelena Schou Nordentoft have studied ceramics and glass at Denmark’s school of design. After the completion of their studies, they went on to create ceramics for numerous Danish brands, including Kähler. Kähler’s striped Omaggio range is today not only one of Kähler’s most iconic ranges, but a modern design classic and popular around the world.

Today Stilleben owns an interior design shop in central Copenhagen. For 10 years, the shop has been a must for all design enthusiasts. Here you will find a hand-picked selection of interior from “upcoming” designers, as well as the newest releases from Denmark’s leading designers and illustrators.

As designers, Stilleben’s products breathe simplicity, functionality with incredible attention to detail. Their combined knowledge and skills create innovative products that a broad audience can relate to, mirroring the time we live in.
