1. FLOWERPOT - &TRADITION

The FlowerPot collection is iconic in the world of Scandinavian design. Designed by Verner Panton in 1968, the Flowerpot lamp became symbolic of the Flower Power movement of the 60's. 4. LUNA – DESIGN HOUSE STOCKHOLM

The Luna lamp from Design House Stockholm was designed by Alexander Lervik. He challenged himself to make the ultimate pendant lamp and in Luna he did just that. Alexander did away with the unsightly plastic lid that often accompanies a hanging glass globe and incorporated everything into the globe itself, giving you a complete and uncompromised source of light.

5. KIZU – NEW WORKS

8. JWDA - AUDO COPENHAGEN

JWDA is designed by Jonas Wagell for Audo Copenhagen. This small but mighty Scandinavian design lamp has really become a modern design classic with its simple but unique shape. The lamp is available in several variations, but perhaps the most popular is the raw concrete base with the brass button - another neat example of when two different materials are combined perfectly together.

The Arum lamp for Danish ferm LIVING is another Scandinavian design lamp that incorporates certain sculptural elements. The solid marble base counteracts the gentle curve of the metal arch that holds the delicate petal shaped shade. 11. SEMI – GUBI

The iconic pedant lamp from GUBI was designed by Claus Bonderup and Torsten Thorup in 1968. The lamps design is based on two quarter-circles placed back to back. The unique shape creates a cone of diffused light, making it the perfect Scandinavian design lamp to hang over a dining table.
