How to: Fill a cocktail shaker with your choice of frozen berries, ice and vodka and give it a good shake (we used seasonal black currents and red currents which gave a wonderful sour kick). Strain the berry infused vodka into a cocktail glass and top with equal parts sparkling wine and lemon and lime drink. Garnish with sliced lemons!
Top tip: add a few thin slices of lemon to the festive cocktails for a fine garnish and to add a nice sour flavor.
