We want to share our passion for beautiful table settings and home décor that brings people together. That is why you have received our request. We think it’s really exciting to see how you style your home with stunning items; and so do many of our customers. That is why we are asking for your permission to post your picture or pictures on our sites and on our social media channels. We can choose whether to publish or not to publish, in original format or edited, the text that belongs to the picture - both caption and comments, if you grant us permission to use your picture.

If you give us permission to use your picture, you use #yesnordicnest when you post the picture or as an answer in the comment section when we send you a request. By responding with #yesnordicnest you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You give Nordic Nest AB, a Swedish company with organizational number 556628-1597, (hereinafter “Nordic Nest”), a royalty-free, global, irrevocable, non-exclusive and perpetual license to edit and use your Instagram content (photograph/video/caption/text etc.) and/or any other material submitted by you to any of Nordic Nest's websites for all marketing and advertising purposes. This includes the right to reproduce, distribute, alter and edit your photos for all of Nordic Nest's websites and other marketing channels used by Nordic Nest.

You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the material you have submitted and that you have permission from any person(s) appearing in the photos/videos. Furthermore, you certify that you are an individual (i.e., not a corporation), you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent, and that the material submitted by you does not violate any rights of a third party or any law.

You are solely responsible for your material. You agree to hold Nordic Nest, its affiliates or any other person acting on Nordic Nest's behalf, harmless from and against any claims and expenses, regardless of the nature, arising from any use of your Instagram content or any other material submitted by you as described above. You hereby release Nordic Nest from all obligations to pay you for the use of your images and for the intellectual property rights of those associated with the above-described use.

Nordic Nest has a right, but not an obligation, to use your Instagram content.

Swedish law shall apply to this agreement and to all legal relationships between the parties that may be derived from the agreement. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled in general court with the Kalmar District Court as the first instance.
