The Edo frying pan from Alessi is made of aluminium with a magnetic base that is perfectly suited for use on induction stoves. A non-stick coating ensures the pan is easy to use and nearly effortless to clean. The Edo collection was designed by Patricia Urquiola with a modern yet wonderfully minimalist look, featuring clean shapes and gently curved handles. The series name is a reference to the Latin word "edere" which means "to eat". It is also the ancient name for the city of Tokyo, whose design aesthetic partially inspired the minimalist form of the collection.
