ML42 barstool 69 cm is an iconic chair from Audo Copenhagen. The bowl-shaped seat has a soft, flowing form which is as beautiful to the eye as it is comfortable to sit on. The elegant metal footrest provides the chair with extra seating comfort and character, also adding an exciting contrast between the hard and raw material of the metal and the soft and organic form of the wood. The barstool was designed back in 1942 for a furniture exhibition at the Danish Museum of Decorative Art. When Mogens Lassen designed the ML42 barstool, he drew inspiration from the traditional stools used by skilled shoemakers. The beautiful barstool is manufactured in Denmark and is available in a range of finishes and models to choose from.
