The Knot cushion from Design House Stockholm is a classic in the making. The cushion was designed by the Icelandic designer Ragnheiður Ösp Sigurðardóttir. The cushion is made of long knitted strings that are knotted to create a compact, yet soft cushion. Initially, the idea was to create a cushion in the shape of a teddy bear with long, dangly legs. However, Ragnheiður, a former girl-scout began experimenting with the materials at hand and created the Knot cushion.
