Nordic Kitchen vegetable knife is part of a knife series from Eva Solo that is inspired by Japanese knife-making craftsmanship. The knife has a very sharp blade made of 67 layers of Damascus steel, and an anatomically designed handle. A clever extra feature is the handle’s end, which is equipped with steel. This end can be used, for example, to crush nuts or garlic cloves. For safety and grip, the bolster has an ergonomically designed thumb rest, giving a stable grip during chopping.
