Fracture shelf, from Danish brand Ferm Living, is made from recycled, moulded aluminium with a natural shape and practical fixings, allowing you to choose which way you want to hang it. You can either have the wall bracket on top, as a background for whatever you put on the shelf; or you can have the wall bracket underneath, so that the objects on the shelf stand out against the colour of your wall. The shelf's material accentuates the raw surface in an attractive way. Its appearance, in combination with its design, means that it works well both as a bedside table in the bedroom or as a free space in the kitchen.
