Care instructionsUse only with a cutting board of plastic or wood. Avoid use with a glass cutting board, frying pan or on a plate. Avoid cutting into legs or frozen ingredients as it may damage the blade.
Sharpen the blade after each use with a sharpening steel. Not dishwasher safe as it may damage both your knife and the dishwasher. Hand wash immediately after use and gently wipe the knife blade with a soft cloth. Do not wait to clean the knife because acids in food residue can destroy the blade. Never leave the knife wet because it can start to rust. Store the blades in a knife block or on a magnetic strip.
