The Lyngby-vase was first launched in 1936 and has become a real Scandinavian design classic. In 1936 the vase was completely different to everything else found at the time, in stark contrast to the more detailed designs of the time. It wasn’t before the 50’s that the clean, simple design was accepted and appreciated. Today the Lyngby vase is a real Danish design classic. Each vase is marked with an authenticity stamp at the bottom.
