The wonderful Sääpäiväkirja plate was designed by Aino-Maija Metsola for the Finnish brand Marimekko. The design is part of the iconic Sääpäiväkirja range (Finnish for Weather Diaries) and is a wonderful representation of different weather phenomena. This particular plate uses a wonderful deep shade of blue to create a soft, diffused color distribution on the plate. The plate is a generous sized dinner plate, but doubles up as a eye-catching serving platter.
