The Kandinsky 30 ceiling lamp is designed by Broberg & Ridderstråle for the Swedish brand Pholc. The innovative shape is inspired by the artist Wassily Kandinsky's abstract paintings with circles that he created during his time at the Bauhaus school in the 1920s. The composition with the sphere pierced by the spear-like rod is intended to give a sense of weightlessness, vulnerability, and precision. The dimmable light source in the centre of the glass globe is seamlessly integrated into the brass rod, creating an atmospheric glow. Feel free to combine with the larger Kandinsky lamp or group several lamps at different heights for a striking effect.
